Roles & Responsibilities 

Position: Electrical Engineer 

 Job scope 

 • Plan, monitor and execute assigned projects 

 • Ensure all work is carried out according to safe working practices 

 • Electrical circuit design 

 • Review customers’ specifications and drawings 

 • Liaise with customers on project work 

 • PLC Programming using Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens. Other software types may be added according to requirement.

 • Design of control systems including control interface and PLC software

 • Support sales team on technical matters and RFQs

 • Purchase electrical components required for projects

 • Electrical panel assembly and production 

 • Electrical wiring / installation

• Troubleshoot equipment faults or errors

 • Bill of materials preparation 

 • Manage drawings and documentation according to company SOP 

 • Basic housekeeping of work area Requirements

 • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

 • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

 • Strong knowledge in PLC programming and electrical design • Able to communicate and write well in English

 • Highly motivated and able to work independently without supervision

 • Team player

  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...) 

 • Basic Hydraulic knowledge

 • Knowledge of automation technologies
